| TeleVue 2" Adapter

Yes, TeleVue has a 2" adapter with compression ring that they use to attach their 2" diagonal. This adapter is also suitable for other 2" items like eyepieces or nose pieces... One of the major advantages of this approach is that it is trivial to rotate whatever is attached to the adapter by simply loosening the compression ring. This contrasts with having to unscrew the diagonal's visual back ring and retighten it... |
