Losmandy/C-11:electronic Setting Circles Or Gemini Go-to?

I am considering buying a C-11 with the Losmandy equatorial mount with either the electronic setting circles or the gemini go to system. I was told that the Gemini system essentially requires a computer and is not user friendly when not being run through a computer. Any thoughts on either option?
Alternativelym I am also tempted to just get the Nexstar 11 or Meade 10 or 12" GPS ( the latter may be too heavy)but have heard concerns re reliability in the long run.

I would appreciate hearing your opinions and experiences with any of the above.

Ian
