Haha...that won't happen unless you call them. Meade and Celestron really don't have a E-Mail contact to rely on I'm afraid. However, there are alternatives. In E-Groups there is I believe an area of your telescope or other like it. Also going to some other popular forums such as Astromart might help also at www.astrosights.com/forums. I have seen countless questions regarding your scope. Good luck!!
