I agree it can make a difference on some objects,the dumbell is improved slightly.However I have posted this query on other forums and the over riding opinion of almost everyone who responded was,if you are going to buy just one filter buy a narrow band.The OIII came out by far the top.I have always wanted to see the veil nebula and all agree the OIII has been best for this.
