Help! I Need Help With A Part

I have a Super Polaris C-8 which I purchased back in '86. During a recent move, I misplaced the threaded knob that attaches the mount assembly to the tripod head.

My question is will someone here kindly tell me the dimensions and thread size so that I can replace it? Better yet, if there is some kind soul out there who has an extra one of these things and wouldn't mind parting with it, I'll appreciate a reply.
