There are digital setting circles that are very accurate. They are, however, pricey. As the other post said, using setting circles on the more common type EQ mounts (CG-5 included) can be redundant and never used by most. Losmandy and Byers mounts, including AP mounts have very good mechanical setting circle setups, but they're even more expensive. Starhopping is much more faster and easier once you know the sky.
