I've recently aquired a used 216XT. It is missing the serial connector adapter to interface with my comm port on the PC. I've picked up an unwired connector that will work (RJ12/DB9 adapter) but am unsure of the correct pinout to wire the adapter...... any help will be GREATLY appreciated. My adapter has 8 wires, looking inside there are two rows above the connecting wires to the flat cable, upper and lower..in order they are..(top row L-R)White, Yellow, Red, Orange... (bottom row L-R) Brown, Green, Black, Blue.
Can anyone help????
