NO. Because the person's light cone tips to the point that the spatial axis becomes a time axis. This means that the person can no more avoid the singularity than he can avoid tomorrow. It also means that it is impossible for any future events in the rest of the universe to fall within the person's lightcone and he can therefore not perceive anything outside of the event horizon. In fact he could not perceive anything in any direction other than towards the singularity. |
