Smallest Particle In Our Universe!!

Can somebody tell me what happens to a particle if its dimensions can be shrunk down close to the Planck-Wheeler length of 1.62×10-33 cm? Will the space around it be so destorted that it will be ripped out of our 3 dimensional universe and end up somewhere else? Any scientific or non-scientific ideas, theories, facts etc. on this topic will be hugely welcome. Thanks, Fred.
