Electrons don't go around in circles. Electrons occupy energy levels as dictated by quantum mechanics. If electrons whizzed around in circles they would radiate energy and spiral into the nucleus.

ZPE is the result of the HUP and cannot be infinite or the energy mass tensor would be infinite and spacetime would have ceased to exist eons ago.

If you had a power plant that produced energy from ZPE, the waste product, by definition, would have to be totally empty space. As already discussed, totally empty space is forbidden by the HUP.

Atoms that gain energy for no apparent reason? Unless you are somehow referring to vacuum fluctuations, which by the way don't involve atoms, then you'll have to give me an example to chew on.
