The radius of the observable universe is c x 1/H. where H = Hubble's constant which is estimated be 50 to 60 km/sec/mpc. This equates to a maximum radius of 19.56 billion light years. If you are seeing trillions of light years you are seeing the universe as it was before the big bang. In a closed FRW metric universe the maximum radius of expansion is 29.7 billion light years. So if you are seeing things as they were trillions of light years ago then somehow you have punched your way through to a parallel universe or something.
