Yup. Since c is a constant it will be the same value regardless of how the problem is termed. I mean that, unlike R and S, it is an integral part of the problem itself, it is what E and M are "being measured against."

Oh, by the way, I'm going to be gone for a couple weeks, so I won't be posting any more messages on this forum for a while. But despari (or rejoice) not, for I will return.
