Where is vaccum at space?

Where is light there cannot exist vaccum.

At space lights hit each other. (Like our room, if we have many lamps.)

Maybe that is the happenings, why earth and near, light speed can measured appr. 300000km/s.

Well. More conversation. We found thruth at this issue. If i am wrong, i buy every conversation partner, cup of coffee or tea. Hmm.
