A singularity has no size, it's a point, the true definition of a point. But, yes, it can become more massive, yet it doesn't grow in size.....it's kinda like a neutron star in that way, as a nuetron star gains mass, it shrinks in size.....that is until the point where it's own gravity crushes it, probably into a singularity, creating a black hole. But, yes, the more massive a black hole, the larger the event horizon.....but the actual part of the black hole really isn't there, it's just a point.

: yes. it grows. the more mass the greater the size.
