Lets go back to school on this on. The first question to ask is just what is the speed of time. It has been said that as you approch the speed of light that time seems to slow down to your prespective. So from that we can deduse that the speed of time is the same as the speed of light. So in theory light and time are intertwined that is one reason that a black hole can bend time becouse it bends light. So now all the question is is how to bend light like a black hole with out the gravity. I have found out how to do that and I will give you a clue...you increase the mass of a light beem and let simple gravity do the rest.
