A Field Does Not Contain Energy?

Here are two sites of many which use rest mass terminology.

Potential energy is stored in a charge field.
All energy fields will exhibit mass properties according to the equation E=M*C^2

This site refers to the energy contained in a static gravitational field.

***ha ha. Chagres are electrons and protons: Particles, not waves***

The charge is the field which surrounds the particle not the particle.
Just like the earth is not gravity but causes a gravitational field.

You said:
***Charges that accelerate propagate EM waves or light, same thing. You are confusing light with matter***

Light is matter, just a different form of it. Atomic weapons have proven that one can be converted to another.

I am glad you enjoyed my last post.

If you would say a charge field does not contain energy I assume you are saying it is not composed of electromagnetic waves or their interaction.
