Well maybe gravitons do. But we do not know if gravitons even exist. They have not yet been detected.

Charge has mass and from the theory of relativity, they cannot travel at the speed of light. Radio waves are photons, a form of light.

Again I ask you- where are these notions of yours coming from. Do you invent them yourself?
