Wanted: Innovative Black Hole Detector

The black hole detector should be able to detect the gravitational waves produced when two black holes collide. The frequency of the gravity waves of colliding black holes should be within the range of frequencies of audible sound waves (100-1000Hz). The detector should be designed to observe 105 black holes per year.
