...this brings up an interesting point. What if we could reprogram our minds to think in different ways? Is it possible to reprogram the brain to image four or more dimensions? This would certainly be helpful in learning general relativity. What if we could literally "think" like criminals or world leaders (like Saddam Hussein). Might be useful for forming battle plans. What if there are aspects to reality that are beyond our reach simply because our brains aren't programmed to deal with them? First of all, how would we find such things? Second, how would we start dealing with them? They say that those who are cured of blindness often complain that the world is too bright.
