I see the topic of "free will" has been floating around quite a bit. I don't believe you can compare the concept of mechanistic determinism to the ability of free will. B.F Skinner states we are nothing but a bunch of conditioned responses...that seems kind of depressing to me! I think you people should catch up on your Plato and move away from this pre-Socratic philosopy. Plato's "Theory of Forms" is a great dicourse on metaphysics and i think you people should quit looking at the world through a pixi straw. i have only been alive 18 years but long enough to know the capabilities of my own being which is not governed your ideology of "Logos".
