v^2 = 2M/r

at rest (wrt to the event horizon) on a spherical shell

dtshell = (1-2M/r)^1/2 dt

falling past the spherical shell

dTau = (1-2M/r)^1/2 dt

Or

dTau = (1-v^2)^1/2 dt
