The mass of a black hole is not irreducible.
Secondly with respect to the local observer the mass increases if both are captured whether they interact before hand or not.
Thirdly with respect to the GR bookkeeper the neutrino and particle with nucleus never cross the event horizon regardless of whether they interact before hand or not.
