consider 'social skills' a marketing concept, the gateway to open ears and intrigued minds; not suggesting becoming 'fake' or a 'salesman', just don't underestimate the power of editing out condescension, and adopting neutrality/politeness/candor if one is serious about wanting constructive feedback/audience. it starts with the poster, i guess. imho. i'm not endorsing everyone here (including myself) as far as behaviors. just found it an observation which all in the world might benefit from. :) best regards, G
