The beam of light is not a solid object, but a waveform or a series of quanta (packets of photons). Therefore, spinning the laser source will not affect the photons at the other end of the beam (their path and velocity was established once leaving the spinning source). Kind of like if you spun around really fast holding a garden hose...the stream of water would not stay straight but would arc around with only the velocity it had when it left the nozzle.

I agree with the other message that you cannot have a "non-bending" beam in reality.
