Gerwin,

The problem with your thought experiment is that you assume the term "non bending" can be applied to an object 500 kilometers accross spining at 100 rotations per sec. You must remember that the "object" is stable in it's shape because of electromagnetic forces. If you are going to perform this as a thought experiment, the math required to determine the outcome is probably beyond your training, as it is beyond the capabilities of most everyone I know.

Assumptions are the source of all confusion.
