Oh please. First, science does not show that time travel is possible, so it's no surprise that there are people who doubt it to be possible. Science is not based on speculation. It's based on verifiable evidence. Science has plenty of room for alternative view points, but no room for unsubstantiated claims. Please provide some of your simple questions that contradict the fundamental laws of physics. More likely, it is your questions that need review, not the laws of physics. Finally, science is skepticism. It tries to find evidence for and against any scientific explanation and then builds the best theories based on the best available evidence. Scientists would love to find whole new areas of research and knowledge, but they aren't going to make things up. I'll also add that any financial bias that a particular scientist may have is quickly rooted out through the peer review process. Any scientific explanation is carefully worked over by every other expert in the field. There is a lot of healthy competition and no massive scientific cartel trying to dupe the world. |
