Zeno's paradoxes were resolved a long time ago (before quantum mechanics) by introducing the concept of limits. For example: 1+1/2+1/4+1/8+etc.=2.

For the car crashing into the wall, there is no nearest distance before it hits. It is like asking what is the smallest number >0. There isn't any such thing.
