Physics allows for extreme time-dilation which (for your frame of reference) can slow down the universe from your perspective (hanging just outside an event horizon on a rope, for example). But nowhere have I seen any coherent theory that has survived criticism from physicists, even in small, eccentric circles (such as this forum).

I'm not saying that your assertions are garbage I'm just saying that I don't see any evidence backing up your claims... more, please!:)
