Well, seeing that the commandment stated that the sabbath be holy for it is the day he rested and that nothing was to be done during that day, it seems obvious that god laid low on that day.

But please, I'm not trying to turn this into a religious forum. I was just commenting on how a comment was made that god was tireless even though the scriptures record that he rested after all his work.
