Assuming you`re serious, here are some thoughts...
(1) any atom that enters a black hole is crushed
(2) no electricity leaves a black hole
(3) Modern physics can explain black holes in general, but you are right that a new area of physics needs to be developed to explain the singularity of a black hole
(4) black holes have no purpose...they just exist. (As far as we can tell anyway)
(5) black holes do nothing to protect Earth from asteriods. Earth-threatening asteriods are within our solar system. There are no black holes anywhere near our solar system.
