Since black holes are so persistent (they evaporate extremely slowly & they only tend to get bigger as they accumulate mass), I would think that it would be a safe bet to assume it still exists...although its size may actually differ a bit and its accretion disk is probably very different (maybe even gone).

Other things like stars and galaxies that we see billions of light years away change much faster and almost are certainly different "now" than as we see them in their past.
