: Stephen Hawking has a really good show on pbs at 9 pm on monday nights.....tonight's show mentioned that stephen's doctoral thesis proved that the big bang resulted from a singularity and NOT a contracting universe .....last week on discovery channel they had good show on black holes and they said that a black hole is just the opposite of what occurred before the big bang.....all the secrets of the universe lie within these back holes, according to these cosmologists....they said they may not know all the secrets of the universe, but at least now tl where to look for them: inside a black hole !!
