Help Me With My Problem

I have this question in my physics book and i can not work it out. It`s to do with decay. I have to determine the atomic and mass number for the unknown elements in these decay equations, then use the periodic table to identify the elements.
Can you help please as it`s school holidays and the questions need to be done.
