Rick...i know it may sound alittle weird, a hole not being a hole and all that. The fellow who coined the phrase "blackhole" actually was able to capture the interest and curiosity of people like you and me!!!As you go on in life, I`m sure that you have or will meet people who are able to use words in ways to not only get someones attention, but also they can relate some pretty heavy stuff.And in this instance. it kinda shows that not all theoretical physicists are boring and lack imagination.Nope... just the opposite.Think of it as a wild metaphor.Sorry I cant get more into the techie stuff, but I`m confident that THAT department was handled very competently by the fellow before me. In any case, dont stop askin`questions...its how we learn about our awesome universe in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!
