re - I am not wrong. The Riemann tensor is not "the tidal force tensor". Theres no such thing as "the tidal force tensor". As for the rest your miss-correcting, not correcting me again anyway. - So that WAS you at the why files huh?

Here is a physics lesson for you.

When someone defines a mathematical term, whether it be in a text or in a journal or what have you, then that mathematical term is then said to exist.

Such is the case with the tidal force tensor. Just because there is a term in GR that you are unaware of does not give the right to flame and insult those of us who do know it.

re - You don't know what your talking about. Stop flaming me. Go away. - Empty insult. Go ahead. Challenge me. Prove me to be wrong?
