Your comment got me thinking about "truth." This is a good place to discuss the definition of truth. I think it's rather a personal thing in that a given definition may bne accepted as by some and rejected by others (as is the way with definitions sometimes.

As it pertains to science - I've always consider truth is that which we strive towards even if we never are able to attain it.

This was what I was looking for a year or so ago when it came to the concept of mass.
