Perhaps it simple isn't answerable entirely or may not even be meaningful. Because we can contemplate the idea known as truth doesn't mean there is a reallity to it. Nor if there is something called truth that we are capable of comprehending it. Or perhaps nobody has ever giving a meaningfull definition of truth which is accessible to scientific scrutininy. As Einstein once said:

But because the Lord had noticed already before the developement of theoretical physics that He cannot do justice to the opinions of man, He simply does as he sees fit.

May I ask you a question? Why do you use all capital letters? Typically that means that the person is yelling.
