Physical theories start with a few basic postulates. From there, why the natural phenomenon occurs is explained in terms of those postulates. If you want to ask why and not get an answer you must ask why the thing which is postulated is the way things are. All these other things you ask why about are ultimately explained by physics in terms of the postulates of the theories.
