Specifically the bit that says Spiral galaxies generally have a lot of gas and dust and many young stars in the disk, while elliptical galaxies generally have no gas, dust or young stars. There are, however, a significant number of disk-shaped galaxies which have no dust, gas, young stars or spiral arms.
