: I was just wondering if light had to speed up to light speed or if it was automatically going light speed at the moment it was created, like, if it comes out of a flash light and speeds up to light speed or if it is automaticaly going light speed

It can be tested. In then telephone lightcable, light goes through, by pulse.

If you made very long cable, and put several points, measuring sensors. Then you can measure time/distance=speed.
