Using Karl Schwarzchild's formula I come up with a diameter of 10.62 kilometers. This assumes a mass of 1.8 solar units (pretty small), times Schwarzchild's constant of 2.95 to arrive at the radius, times 2 to get the diameter. This implies that a black hole COULD be completely contained within the city limits of Los Angeles, but not in Chicago (proper, anyway).

: Anyone out there ahve any idea what the smallest diamater event horison could be? There must be some way of determining this.
