Still can't find the formula I was looking for, which was very precise, but this will get you close: use Karl Schwarzchchild's formula which stated that the radius of the horizon equals 2.95 times the mass in solar units. So if you know the radius of the horizon, the mass would be 2.95 over that radius. As I said, there is a more precise formula, but this will get you in the neighborhood.

: There is a formula for finding the mass of a black hole that uses the (apparent) circumference of an orbit of an object travelling at less than the speed of light, the velocity, and the period of the orbit. I can't lay my hands on it right now, but I've read it in the library and wrote it down here, somewhere. . . Anyone?

: : : Does anybody know the mass of a black hole or where I could find the data
