Lau: Purpose of science is to put forward theories as models to explain natural phenonmenons. If adding an extra time dimension can provide us a better model then multi-time dimension theories are just as good as any multi-spacial dimensin theories. There maybe no evidence to prove multi-time dim. but yet disprove it, is another thing. Just like in the string theories, ten dimensions may seems too much in the beginning but it could be matheatically elegant and consistent. Quarks were discovered in the start on mathematical ground, so wiping out the possibility at this stage maybe premature.
