I'm only 11 so this may sound crazy in my words. If you comb your hair and put it near a balloon, the ballon will rise. The static electricity is beating the earth's gravity. Consider this concept. If a particle A is falling in a black hole and then another particle B (opposite of A's charge) appears away from the event horizon of this black hole. Particle B's static electricity will attract particle A , and moving away A from the black hole. Although these two particles will cancel out each other, particle A still escaped the black hole. This is called Hawking's Radiation.
