You probably already knew about this so I won't go into detail but simply put,.....with entropy comes temperature and with temperature comes dispersion of radiation. So the blackhole never did break the law of physics and if it did (once again) there would be no Hawking Effect. Hawking said it himself, and that's how the whole theory was even thought of......entropy must always increase.

RD: Actually time becomes the radial coordinate inside the event horizon of a black hole. It's not imaginary or perpendicular to the direction of our time. However, you are right about the entropy. It's information that is lost inside a black hole. The information content of the area of the event horizon is minute compared to what was absorbed by the black hole.
