Artificial blackhole?.......A black hole is a blachole regardless of how it's made. There's no such thing as an artificial blackhole. (Sorry for nitpicking, i know what you mean by artificial). To make a blackhole you'd do it the same way nature does, concentrate an enourmous amount of energy into a region of space and you have a blackhole. You could use light, electricity, matter, any form of energy you choose. It's packing it down hard enough that creates the challenge. Personaly I think it's imposible to make, and were it not possible to make i think it's impossible to contain or use it for practicle purposes.
