It takes two diferent types of particles to attract one another. Like particles cannot attract each other. Photons do not atract each other hince the Photon - Graviton comparison is a bad one. Since a photon's path can be effected by gavity it would be safe to assume that a photon would contain one or both pieces of the gravity particle puzzle. Question: Has anyone actually figured out the exact mechanics of attraction at any quantum level? : : I suggest that there is no such thing as a "Graviton". : Gravity is not propagated by particles, but must rather be a "tidal force" resulting from a curvature of space-time.
