Photons are pure energy and have mass and volume that are infinitesimally small so the principle that applies to a massive object does not aplly to light.

Objects only appear to be pulled into a black hole at light speed. It can't actually reach light speed, so it never actually enters the black hole. It continues to get closer and closer to the singularity until the distance is infinitesimaly small and it appears to have been pulled completely in.
