Lets assume for a second that a structure could be build in a black hole to defy the laws of quantum mechanics and physics and the elevator works. The weight of you and the elevator car cable etc would be enormous. You would need the work out how much energy is required to lift the elevator out from earth to compare the energy usage for it to work on a black hole to keep the problem solving simple. For your theory to work you would need to have a dame good anchor point like another black hole or maybe a neutron star. Then another problem arises with the black hole you are trying to get out. What do you use mater or energy to pull you out. For the event horizon maybe its for the light trying to leave but is being pulled back. The other is for the light being drawn in.
