No. Once anything has reached the event horizon it is forever trapped. The only way anything can (loosely) escape a BH is via Hawing radiation. : 4. There is no such thing as a non-spinning BH except conceptually. The singularity of a Kerr (spinning) BH is a torus whereas in a conceptually non spinning BH it is a dimensionless point.

i was under the impresuon that a black hole had 2 dimentions it exsits only as a point in time

how would a no rotating black hole have no dimentions what diffrence whould that have on the eh
